Why do they pull on our heart strings so much, and give us such a sense of satisfaction when we see the big reveal at the end? Whether it’s an old house or car being restored, someone getting a full makeover, or some old broken trinket getting a new lease on life – there is something about seeing something restored that makes our hearts sing.
